1) I went out in order not to be with him.

2) I went out not to be with him.

3) I went out to not be with him.

4) Not to be with him, I went out.

5) To not be with him, I went out.

Which are grammatical?
Which are idiomatic?

Gratefully,
Navi

They are all rather odd. More natural would be:

6) In order not to be with him, I went out.
