Recommendation: Watch "The Newspaper Man: The Life and Times of Ben
Bradlee", now playing on HBO. It is narrated by Ben, himself, the
editor of the Washington Post, reading from his memoirs.

Fascinating views of history by a consummate journalist as he lived
and reported it - especially the Watergate era.

If you have the means and motivation, watch "All the President's Men",
too.

President Nixon attempted to destroy the Post much in the same vein as
Trump who is trying to destroy the mainstream media with his
accusations of "fake news".

First words:

“It's been my experience in Washington that a lot of people lie,”
