Is it still considered 20th Century?
I've never met "I'm in Dispose".

But I have seen and heard "I'm indisposed"

https://www.lexico.com/definition/indisposed

indisposed
ADJECTIVE

1 Slightly unwell.
‘my mother is indisposed’

2 Averse; unwilling.
[with infinitive] ‘the potential audience seemed indisposed to
attend’
