I always forget which are the 7 swing states so I ran acronym generators
which all stink to create a useful acronym for my memory to remember.
https://www.google.com/search?q=make+acronym+out+of+letters

There is a lack of vowels in the acronym input.

How do you create an acronym for this when it lacks vowels?
michigan georgia wisconsin pennsylvania nevada arizona northcarolina

What seems obviously fruitful from that list would be
taking the first two letters of each word. Make a phrase.

That was my approach exactly. I came up with:

mige wipe near noca

mige wipe near noca
You could get "cage" in there, leaving "nomi" or "mino".

Of course, the next time around the list might be
different.

Assuming there is a next time round.

"No" and "ca" belong together. It's not a bad idea to have meaningless
words. They might be easy to remember.

Once in a psychology lesson we were presented with a list of meaningless
syllables for memory experiments. It started with

hyx baf ner zær

That was 50 years ago.

Oh, yeah, that.

In which case no acronym would be needed.

But that sounds like California Georgia, though you might, maybe, save
things with "minnow cage".

I wonder if an acronym is the right thing here. There are two problems -
labelling the states - already covered with 'swing states' - and
remembering them. Being no poet, the best I can come up with is this -
perhaps someone can improve on it:

In Ari, Carol, Georgia, and Mich
Penny, Whisky, and Nev, voters switch.

(This inspired by the Gospels -

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John
Went to bed with their trousers on.

God knows (!) when I learned that, but it was a long time ago.)
