Calmful is used here and there, but I've never seen "calmfully". Has anyone else?

Joy, joyful, joyfully.

Calm, calmful, calmly?!

I've said sillily by accident a few times, but always got my tongue in a twist and put way more Ls in it.

It isn't used here a lot, but I've certainly heard it:

"His explanation was calmful".

...meaning...

"He had calmfully explained..."

The spell-checker doesn't approve of either.

Neither does mine, but it's quite limited.

California lawmakers are now proposing an amendment that would allow 14 year olds a quarter vote and 16 year olds a half a vote in all state elections.
How stupid is this? Don't they have enough trouble counting WHOLE votes? How are they going to figure out fractions?!
