I've been listening to the BBC radio reporting on the Pakistan-England
Test Match in Multan.

The commentators include two Pakistanis, both of whom talk about players
being sent back to "The Dugout".

Is this baseball term used in cricket anywhere outside Pakistan?

It is used in football everywhere in England. Not "dugout"
into the ground, but a low shelter that doesn't obstruct
the view for the people behind it.

So, not in cricket.

On Test Match Special, over the decades, I've only heard Pavilion or
dressing room (or with derogatory intent "The Hutch".)
