These words all can be used for a new comer or a biginner.

So what's the difference? Are there any other words with the
same meaning?

TIA

Well, there are 'newcomer' and 'beginner', for a start.

MW-Online at <http://www.m-w.com/> incorporates a 'thesaurus' - a
list of words may may be synonymous with the word that you enter.
Going there and entering "novice" returns the following:

Synonyms:
apprentice, beginner, boot, colt, fledgling, freshman, neophyte,
newcomer, novitiate, prentice, punk, recruit, rookie, tenderfoot,
tyro

Related Word:
amateur; cub; postulant, probationer; greenhorn, greeny; learner,
student, trainee, undergraduate

Contrasted Words:
expert, pro, professional

Antonyms:
doyen, old hand, old-timer, veteran
