Which are correct:

1) They will do whatever he tells them to regardless of if it makes any
sense of not.
2) They will do whatever he tells them to regardless if it makes any
sense of not.

3) They will do whatever he tells them to regardless of whether it makes
any sense of not.
4) They will do whatever he tells them to regardless whether it makes
any sense of not.

4) They will do whatever he tells them to regardless whether it makes

This sets a world record by having the same typo four
sentences in succession. Anyway:

1) is too wordy and 2) is wrong.

3) and 4) are fine as they are, but I would either take the
"to" out of both or replace it with "to do"'.

And the "of not", even if it were "or not" is a matter for debate in this
type of sentence. That is, whether or not it is needed.

4) is wrong to me.

Thank you both very much and my apologies for the typo,

I copied and pasted the same sentence. I read the whole thing over, but
somehow missed the typo.
